This is a mat work class incorporating the use of equipment. This class is for everyone and you can make it as easy or as hard as you like!

Manuela Berchtold was a Freestyle Mogul skier who retired from competitive mogul skiing after the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. With a sporting career full of ups and downs including great results and some major injuries, Manuela has some great stories to tell.
