High Country Fitness will make an outdoor training program that motivates participants through specialised training activities that build confidence and inner strength. We will put a package together to suit busy professionals in maximising their health, wellbeing and performance.

A session could include: circuit and boot camp style training, specialised upper body, lower body, core & balance training, cardio fitness including intervals, and goal setting.

If you are pushed for time we will run training sessions before and after work, as well as at lunchtime.
