Podiatry – the allied health field addressing problems of the lower limb, foot and ankle – is relevant to all age groups here in the Snowy Mountains. Snowline Podiatry deals with all facets of podiatry including sports and workplace injuries, children’s feet and Diabetes, as well as general foot care issues such as ingrown toenails, corns and callouses.
Snowline Podiatry is operated by Allison Mitchell – a podiatrist with over 10 years experience. Allison comes to Jindabyne with a background of work in sports medicine, including a position in the medical team at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, a season as a podiatrist at Thredbo, plus many years with VFL and AFL teams. She is particularly interested in musculo-skeletal issues affecting the lower limb, as well as dealing with ingrown toenails.

Moved to Jindabyne for the healthy lifestyle and friendly people after successfully operating Back Care Basics for several years on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Unknown in Australia until several years ago Dorn Therapy has been available in Germany for over 30yrs where it is also known as the gentle Spinal and Joint Therapy of Dorn. The treatment is holistic and very gentle making it suitable for everyone from the very young to the veterans amongst us. I find that the treatment speaks for itself through the amazing results that can be achieved.
Ken’s interests include mountain biking, skiing, sailboards, touring motorcycles and Olympic clay target (Gold Medallist at World Masters Games) Ken has worked as a technical official and judge at Olympic Games and World Cup and has helped coach athletes to national and international level.

Pamela Climpson is a manipulative physiotherapist with over thirty years experience. She has worked with national team snow sports athletes both in Australia and in New Zealand.
Pam completed her undergraduate training in Sydney and continued her post –graduate studies in New Zealand, where she completed a post graduate Diploma of Manipulative Therapy with a special interest in back and neck problems. She has also completed Level one, two and Level three Sports Physiotherapy studies at the AIS. Pam is also a NSW Institute of Sport Accredited Physiotherapy Service Provider.
Pam’s areas of special interest include back and neck pain as well as sports injury prevention and treatment, in particular, snow sport injuries. She has practiced in Jindabyne for 26 years and operates Elevate Physiotherapy year round and Perisher Valley Physiotherapy in the Medical Centre at Perisher Valley during winter.
