BODYPUMP ™ – Challenge yourself with the original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body!
BODYBALANCE ™ – The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Commando Circuit
Bring it on! – This Circuit class will incorporate Boxing, Strength Training, Core Work and Cardiovascular Conditioning. It is a high intensity, challenging full-body workout that will make you work and sweat
Aqua Fit
Additional $4 Pool Entry Fee or Pool Membership Applies
Water aerobics is the perfect answer to your fitness needs or goals, adaptable to all personal conditions, illnesses, injuries, pre and post surgeries. Targeting specific body areas to exercise, aqua fit will combine several movements into a complete head-to-toe workout. Aqua Fit is a proven way to increase your metabolism, build muscle tone and strength, improving balance, coordination and range of motion, and relieve tension — all with pain-free, low impact movements.
Forever Active
Forever Active is a program to suit our more mature community members. A fully supervised class focussed on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility set in a fun, social group environment surrounded by people of your own age group at a pace you set.
Pilates
Pilates is an active method of balancing and strengthening, focusing on core stabilisation and postural alignment. This is a mat work class incorporating the use of equipment. This class is for everyone and you can make it as easy or as hard as you like!

EQUIPMENT FOR ALL FITNESS CLASSES IS PROVIDED
All Classes are between 45-60 minutes.
You must be over 14 years of age to attend all fitness classes & work out in the gym. Special conditions apply for members sixteen and under working out in the gym – please enquire with staff for details.
