Les Mills RPM

RPM ™ – The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie-burning endorphin high!

BODYPUMP ™ – Challenge yourself with the original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body!

BODYBALANCE ™  – The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

SH’BAM ™ – Is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. SH’BAM features chart-topping popular hits and simple but seriously hot dance moves where you can be the star of your own dance workout.

Boxing Blitz

Boxing is one of the most demanding but also most rewarding forms of exercise training. The overall benefits of boxing include self-confidence, agility, speed, coordination, endurance and strength. Boxing is a high intensity, very challenging and enjoyable full-body work out. You will punch, kick, get fit, strong and work your core whilst using a variety of great boxing gear.

Forever Active

Forever Active is a program to suit our more mature community members. A fully supervised class focussed on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility set in a fun, social group environment surrounded by people of your own age group at a pace you set.

Pilates

Pilates is an active method of balancing and strengthening, focusing on core stabilisation and postural alignment. This is a mat work class incorporating the use of equipment. This class is for everyone and you can make it as easy or as hard as you like!

The High Country Fitness Gym offers a fun, friendly atmosphere with a great range of cardio and weight training equipment. Qualified staff are on hand at all times to spot, motivate and help you get the most out of each and every workout! With personal attention that often feels like personal training, all your workouts are an experience!

EQUIPMENT FOR ALL FITNESS CLASSES IS PROVIDED

All Classes are between 45-60 minutes.
