High Country Fitness’ new Summer Timetable has been released and will commence on Tuesday the 6th of October. We are very excited to introduce our brand new Circuit Class on 2 separate time-slots throughout the week. It is a great way to start the week and keep your body guessing with this awesome Circuit smash. Boxing is still incorporated in this class. For a mid week stretch we have added Body Balance in our early morning class line up. Our lunch time crowd will also benefit from our brand new 50 min Cross Box Fit class on a Thursday.
