The NSW Government has allowed Gyms in NSW to reopen Saturday the 13th of June!
COVID-19 Trading Update
As we navigate through the continual easing of restrictions, we are excitedly moving forward with our rolling reopen plan.
At High Country Fitness we are physically open:
Monday – Friday 5:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday 6:45am – 7pm
With adhering to the correct social distancing and square meter per person rules we are happy to safely reopen all of our available areas for you:
Group Fitness Studio
Group Fitness is back!!
Live and Virtual Group Fitness classes are back in our facility from Monday the 29th of June.
With 47 classes per week to choose from we are sure you will find a class to motivate and inspire you.
Group Fitness classes in our Berridale location are back from Monday the 6th of July.
Please click on the timetable and group fitness class descriptions below for details.
Several Live, Online Group Fitness classes are continuing via our zoom platform for members only.
Members will also continue to benefit from our wide range of continually uploaded YouTube content.
Personal Training, Small Group training (2 – 4 people) and Larger group training (5 – 8 people) continue to be available and safe.
To use our Gym Floor and cardio areas and/or participate in our classes, please book a time that suits you via the wellness living achieve client app.
