RPM – LIVE and VIRTUAL CLASSES

RPM – Ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie-burning endorphin high!
RPM is an awesome studio cycling class that leads you on a journey of total calorie destruction in 50 – 60 minutes!

RPM is fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. If you are skiing, snowboarding and / or outdoor riding, RPM is a must for you!
It is a perfect class if you are new to group fitness, it is a low impact, safe, work out for all levels of fitness with intensity controlled by you.

SPRINT – VIRTUAL CLASS

SPRINT – 30 minutes of High- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from you pushing your physical and mental limits.

You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

THE TRIP – VIRTUAL CLASS

BODYPUMP – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS BODYPUMP – The original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body & gets you results. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BODYBALANCE – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE – The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilate’s workout that leaves you feeling flexible, strong, centred & calm.

DANCE – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS DANCE is a fun loving, insanely addictive dance workout.

No dance experience required, just bring a playful attitude, an open mind and a cheeky smile. Have fun & learn new dance moves all while increasing your cardio fitness.

GRIT STRENGTH – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT CARDIO – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT ATHLETIC – VIRTUAL CLASS

LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

LES MILLS GRIT Athletic takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BODYATTACK – VIRTUAL CLASS

Improve your power, speed and agility with LES MILLS BODYATTACK, a high-energy group class to build the fitness you need for everyday life.

Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, you can burn up to 730 calories* during a workout.

BODYCOMBAT – VIRTUAL CLASS

Punch and kick your way to fitness with LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT, an empowering martial arts workout with a mix of taekwondo, kung fu and more.

This is a non – contact class in which you punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed.

Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

PILATES WITH ELISE – LIVE CLASS

Join Elise Bocking for this mat Pilates class, deeply rooted in traditional Pilates principles with a strong focus on postural alignment and core stability.

All levels are welcome, with options, props and progressions offered so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body.

With a strong emphasis on precision, alignment and intentional movement, expect a high quality, balanced, mindful class that leaves you feeling strong and centred.

With over two decades of experience teaching Pilates, Elise brings a refined level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism.

Each class is delivered with a calm presence that makes you feel both supported and challenged.

PILATES BALL FUSION- LIVE CLASS

This class will challenge your overall strength, balance and core whilst improving your posture through a range of movement and various exercises… All whilst using Pilates exercises on or with a Fit Ball.

Are you sick of complaining about a sore back & a weak core? Let’s face it none of us do enough core work.

Let us help you build a strong foundation from the inside out.

We concentrate on balancing and strengthening, focusing on core stabilisation and postural alignment.

This class is for everyone and you can make it as easy or as hard as you like!

HARD CORE STRETCH = LIVE CLASS

Take your core training to the next level with Hard Core Stretch.

Combining advanced core and flexibility training this is 45 minutes you don’t want to miss.

This class is for everyone and you can make it as easy or as hard as you like!

SNOW FITNESS – LIVE CLASS

Snow Fitness is a challenging full-body workout that will make you work, sweat and smile!

Contrary to its name, this class is not just for your on-snow fitness, it will help you attain and maintain a fit, strong, healthy and flexible body.

If you ski and / or snowboard, Snow Fitness is a must for you!

INDOOR BOOT CAMP – LIVE CLASS

A challenging full-body workout with each session incorporating Strength Training, Core Work and Cardiovascular Conditioning using great equipment such as suspension training systems including Rip 60 and TRX plus TRX Rip Trainers just to name a few.

This session will always throw some surprises at you!

CIRCUIT – YOUR WAY – LIVE CLASS

CIRCUIT – Your Way!

As the name suggests, each class is a circuit.

In this circuit class, you will work solo at each exercise station which allows you to work at your own pace, hence “Your way”.

Our circuits are a full-body workout and will incorporate body weight training, boxing, strength training, core work and cardiovascular conditioning using a great mix of equipment.

Each session will be different and will allow you to fall in love with circuit training all over again.

FOREVER ACTIVE – LIVE CLASS

Forever Active is a program to suit our more mature community members.

A fully supervised class focussed on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and flexibility set in a fun, social group environment.

Half the class takes place in our Group Fitness Studio and half the class on our gym floor.

People of your own age group surround you and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

If you are over 60 and looking for a great group of training buddies, this is your class.

STRETCH & RECOVER = LIVE CLASS

We all want to move better and feel better so we can live a healthier life! Stretching and recovering are key components to getting this right!

Classes will vary each time and will often incorporate different equipment including; Power loops, Slides, Stretching straps, Thera bands, Rollers and more.

Get ready for a stretch and recovery class that will leave you feeling fabulous and wanting more!

INSTRUCTORS CHOICE = LIVE CLASS

Instructors Choice is a challenging full-body workout, that will make you work, sweat and smile!

Each class will be something completely different.

A class may include however not be limited to a mix of boot camp style, high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, body weight training, boxing, strength training, core work, cardiovascular conditioning, old school aerobics and more.

With so much variation, each session will always throw some surprises at you!

Equipment for all Group Fitness Classes is provided.

The number of participants is limited in each class,
So please book in to avoid the disappointment of missing out!
